Sgt. Roy has been invited to a team building weekend with the staff of the ‘The Summit Martial Arts Academy’ in Oklahoma City, OK. Coach Dominique Jackson has asked Sgt. Roy to address his staff on the topic of ‘leadership’. Sgt. Roy will do a presentation on the topic of ‘Leading from the Middle’.
Sgt. Roy will share techniques and processes that are practical and easy to implement in their work processes. He will explain to them that everyone is a leader and that their focus should be on preparing themselves for their next level of leadership.
